Vista Certified Registry Repair
When using Windows Vista, ensure you always use Vista certified registry repair software. You can download a free trial of a Vista certified registry repair tool here. Not using a certified tool can potentially create even more problems for your PC than you may currently be experiencing.
Since installing Vista, I have had quite a lot of issues with my PC freezing for absolutely no reason. It seemed to get worse after I uninstalled an anti-virus program and some other apps, so I decided to download Regcure and check out my PC. The reason I chose Regcure is because it is certified to run with Windows Vista (there are many tools on the market but very few are guaranteed to work with Vista- like so many other apps at the moment!).
Of course, I could have tinkered around with my the registry myself, but given the stability issues I was having, the last thing I needed to do was permanently damage the PC by deleting something from the registry which I shouldn’t have.
The process to download, install and scan the registry was in the order of 5 minutes. There were some issues detected. Regcure set up a system restore point automatically and then made the necessary registry fixes for me.
So far, the freezing hasn’t happened again. I can’t speak for a speed difference because the PC is a brand new one and was fast anyway (it did make a speed improvement on an old machine I ran it on).
Download a free copy of Regcure here to check your registry now.
